NPQ Special Educational Needs Coordinator (NPQSENCO) is a new programme designed to equip teachers and school leaders within the SEND landscape. This programme aims to develop participants’ professional knowledge and critical understanding of key concepts and debates addressed in the academic and professional literature, in order to lead and coordinate special educational needs and disability (SEN and D) provision across an educational setting. Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO) is a bespoke programme consisting of tailored resources, coaching and peer networking opportunities to support ongoing professional development and wellbeing.
